Prevention is the key to Australia’s future health, both individually and collectively. Health assessments play an important role in population health, both in screening for risk and providing an opportunity for early intervention.  Health assessments are available for 40-49yr olds, 75yr old and above, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People and for people with an intellectually disability.
